Meet The Founder

Nicki Diaz has been doing this since she was 17, and no, that’s not an exaggeration.

 

She started out as a hairstylist who got good at posting on social media. Good enough that she realized marketing was the actual thing she was supposed to be doing.

 

She made the jump. Started shooting e-commerce for fashion brands, then moved into social, email, branding, paid ads, web design and full strategy. Over a decade later she’s worked with 50+ brands across fashion, finance, med spas, luxury goods, local farms, cosmetic dermatology, and honestly so much more in between.

 

What ties all of it together is pretty simple. She genuinely believes that the best marketing doesn’t just sell things, it makes people feel something. And when you get that right, the sales follow.
